 Dear Frank, I would like to say thank you for installing our pool. It was such a huge decision to to choose someone to do this job as you know it's not everyday you decide to get a pool installed. When I initially made the enquires with the pool companies I quickly realised that the price was way out of our reach. I am so glad that we chose Frank to do the job which allowed us to achieve our dream of a pool I have found in the past that some business's can be unreliable and then complacent once you have signed up, that is certainly not the case with you. Frank is reliable honest and is a wealth of knowledge he is with you every step of the way he answers your calls and if busy always returns your calls. I am a bit of a worrier and made many calls to check on details Frank always went through things with me calmly so I understood the process. After much searching & many quotes from over-zealous salespeople we came across DIY Pools and from our first conversation with Frank to the full completion we have never regretted our decision to use DIY Pools to purchase & install our fibreglass Balmoral pool.
